  We've been working with heidi and troy for the most part of this year on buying and selling in the york/kittery/eliot area and we can't simply say enough good things about the level of service and their knowledge in anticipating customer needs. They helped us in every aspect of these transactions including recommendation to services big and small. During the property walkthroughs with heidi we often looked forward to her unfiltered and honest feedback and that has definitely kept us in check. We also looked at many options (including land/building) in today's market with low inventory and they have been patient with us entertaining our ideas. And during this whole time we felt very comfortable very quickly with the both of them to ask questions and address concerns whenever we needed it. Additionally the staff in troys office have all been very helpful as well. I often feel like working with a real estate agent is a bit of an awkard situation where you need to trust someone you barely know with one of the biggest investments of your life. In this instance i feel like we've found ourselves a gem and we would definitely recommend their services to anyone whos looking for some down to earth real estate help. And should there be any needs of our own in the future we will be back! Thanks guys! :)
